Polytex样本制作系统用于色卡

可以把你的材料目录快速又简便的呈现的最普通的方式。

步骤 1：

初步裁剪

Polytex RM AA card

Pre-cut the fabric directly from the fabric roll by means of

RM / AA-5000/2000

步骤 2:

背纸

Polytex KP IV card

Paperback your fabrics with heat-seal paper to ease the further process with the

KP IV 热熔粘合

步骤 3:

最终尺寸裁剪

Pinking card

Cut the fabric pieces or any other materials for further processing to the required end format. Choose one of our Pinking Machines according to your capacity requirements, e.g.:

ZE 样品裁切机

ZP-V 样品裁切机

步骤 4:

上胶／裱装

Shade Card Mounting card

Mount the shade cards either manually …

4.1 上胶

First, apply glue onto the card with our semi or fully automatic silk-screen gluing machines:

AX / AG / AV 上胶机

4.2 裱装

Then mount the samples by means of one of our

EL / EX 通用裱装机

… or fully automatic with our

Hanger collections

服装面料的展示形式，可以概览颜色和花型，感受手感品质。

Sample books

样本是最为人熟知的形式，可以任何尺寸展现所有材料。

Memos

比样本更经济，比标签样更大，根据材料不同可以选择直边还是齿边，镶边还是锁边。

Tags

色样未来的展示趋势，无可比拟的效果，可以做成标签墙，盒装，串成链，或寄给客户。适合于所有材料。

Waterfall collections

窗帘和家纺面料的标准展示形式，所有颜色和图形一目了然，也可以放一块手感样。

Waterfall cards

单层或折叠的瀑布色条使客户真切感布料材质。

Yarn samples

单个纱卡或者多达20个颜色的纱卡条可以呈现纱线颜色。
